Coast 2 Coast ELITE Training Program

Coast 2 Coast Sports Performance delivers focused, applied, and performance impacting sports training with the use of experience and philiosphy. Led by head trainer Coach Ryan Pingrey and power lifting coach Jalen Jones.
In addition to high quality coaching and training, athletes will receive knowledge on leadership skills, discipline, and nutrition education. We will focus on power, agility, speed, and mobility.
Class Times:
Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 
-8:00am @ C2C South 
Tuesdays & Thursdays:
-4:15pm @ C2C South 
Dropping rate is $20 per session
Monthly cost is:
Part-Time (8 Sessions) - $99 plus tax 
Full-Time - $149 plus tax
